Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains AE Vision's customer-data commitments, including no sale of Customer Content, no generalized model training on Customer Content, no cross-customer sharing of Customer Content, and isolated standard customer deployments.

Effective June 4, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AE Vision collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information from the website, application, and related services. It applies to visitors, prospective customers, account users, customer admins, and authorized users of customer workspaces.

Definitions

These terms help distinguish customer workspace content from the operational information needed to run AE Vision.

  • Customer Content means files, project records, comments, tasks, reviews, budgets, schedules, reports, decisions, and other content submitted to a customer workspace by authorized users.
  • Customer Account Data means names, business emails, roles, permissions, organization details, billing details, support communications, usage logs, and similar operational information. Customer Account Data does not include Customer Content, except where Customer Content appears incidentally in operational records such as logs, support communications, security records, or troubleshooting records.
  • Personal Information means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

Customer Data Commitments

For Customer Content, AE Vision's baseline commitments are simple: we do not sell it, we do not share it with other customers, we do not use it to train generalized models, and we design standard customer deployments around tenant isolation.

  • We do not sell, rent, publish, or disclose Customer Content to other customers, advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
  • We do not use Customer Content for advertising, marketing profiles, benchmarking, model training, generalized datasets, or product development unrelated to providing, securing, maintaining, supporting, or improving AE Vision for that customer's use of the service.
  • AE Vision does not permit employees or contractors to access Customer Content except where necessary for approved support, security, legal, or operational purposes described in this policy or a signed agreement.
  • Standard customer deployments are designed to isolate Customer Content through separate Customer Content databases and tenant-specific deployment controls, as further described in applicable agreements or security documentation.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide AE Vision to customers, operate and secure the service, and communicate with customers.

  • Contact information, such as name, business email, phone number, company, and demo requests.
  • Customer Account Data, such as login identifiers, role, organization, workspace membership, admin settings, billing details, support communications, and usage logs.
  • Customer Content, such as project records, files, comments, tasks, reviews, budgets, schedules, reports, decisions, and other workspace data submitted by authorized users.
  • Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, product events, browser type, approximate location, IP address, logs, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
  • Support, sales, and business-contact information provided through email, calls, support requests, order forms, or related business communications.

How We Use Information

We use account, website, usage, device, support, billing, and business-contact information for business and service purposes, including to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain AE Vision.
  • Create and manage accounts, permissions, workspaces, subscriptions, demos, and customer support.
  • Communicate about product updates, security notices, administrative messages, demos, and customer relationships.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, enforce access controls, and protect AE Vision, customers, users, and the public.
  • Improve site performance, product reliability, security, and support workflows using usage, diagnostic, and operational data. AE Vision does not use Customer Content for unrelated product development, benchmarking, model training, or generalized datasets.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

Customer Content and AI Processing

As between AE Vision and the customer organization, the customer organization retains ownership of Customer Content. AE Vision processes Customer Content only to provide, secure, maintain, support, troubleshoot, or comply with legal obligations for AE Vision, or as otherwise described in a signed agreement.

If AE Vision uses AI or machine-learning features to process Customer Content, AE Vision uses Customer Content only to provide the requested feature and not to train generalized models, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise in writing. If AE Vision uses AI or machine-learning service providers, those providers may process Customer Content only as needed to provide the requested feature, subject to applicable agreements and use restrictions.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, bill, communicate about, and comply with legal obligations for AE Vision. We do not sell Customer Content or share Customer Content with other customers, advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

  • Customer admins and authorized users can access Customer Content according to the roles, permissions, and workspace settings controlled by the customer organization.
  • Service providers may process information only as needed to host, secure, back up, monitor, bill, support, communicate, analyze site performance, or operate AE Vision, and are subject to contractual confidentiality, security, and use restrictions.
  • Service providers are not permitted to use Customer Content for their own purposes.
  • We may disclose information to professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and other parties involved in corporate, legal, compliance, or business operations.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, security, and safety.

Tenant Isolation

AE Vision is designed around isolated customer deployments rather than a shared multi-tenant Customer Content data plane. Standard customer deployments are designed to isolate Customer Content at the infrastructure layer, including through separate Customer Content databases and tenant-specific deployment controls.

  • Customer Content is separated by tenant at the infrastructure layer, not only by application-level account checks.
  • Standard customer deployments are designed to avoid sharing Customer Content databases or primary Customer Content processing runtimes, unless a signed agreement or security documentation states otherwise.
  • Tenant-specific cloud infrastructure may include separate compute resources, storage, networking, access controls, backups, and deployment controls.
  • Tenant isolation is intended to limit blast radius, support access control, simplify customer-specific administration, and prevent cross-customer data exposure.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, performance, and marketing measurement. We do not use Customer Content to build advertising or marketing profiles. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some features may not work correctly without them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Operational controls are designed to limit Customer Content access to authorized support, security, legal, or operational needs. No system is perfectly secure, and customers should use strong authentication, manage user access carefully, and notify us if they suspect unauthorized use.

If AE Vision determines that a security incident has resulted in unauthorized access to Personal Information or Customer Content, AE Vision will notify affected customers as required by applicable law or agreement.

Retention, Export, and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and preserve security. Customer Content may be retained, exported, or deleted according to the customer's agreement, admin controls, and backup practices.

Upon written request, AE Vision will make commercially reasonable efforts to export or delete Customer Content within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention requirements. Backup deletion may not be immediate. Deleted Customer Content may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten according to backup retention practices, unless legal, security, or contractual obligations require longer retention.

Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information. Customer workspace requests may need to go through the customer organization that controls the workspace.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at the email listed below. We may need to verify your request before responding.

International Processing

AE Vision may process information in the United States and other locations where AE Vision or its service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, AE Vision uses appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Authorized Business Users

AE Vision is intended for business use by authorized users who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally permitted to use the service on behalf of their organization. Do not use AE Vision if you are not authorized by your organization.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.
